Shipping and Return Policy

Aery Kids provide a free UPS return shipping label for exchange for customers within the continental United States.

All orders ship within 1-3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or canceled. You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact info.aery@gmail.com

We accept only unused, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), scuffs, tears, snags, and mysterious smells items purchased exclusively from aerykids.com that are received by us within 14 days of your order date for a refund.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We will not accept returned garments that were not approved in our returns portal. No exceptions.

Final sale items are non-refundable and will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

For international customers outside the United States, (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Australia), you must return the item(s) back to us at your own cost as we cannot provide a free shipping label. All item(s) must be received by us within 14 days of your order date.
